Roughly 12 miles from our base in Underwood, straight down the A611 or the M1.
CSGHP Ltd is based in Underwood, north-west of the city, which puts every Nottingham postcode within a short drive. We cover the city centre flats and converted houses, the Victorian and Edwardian terraces of Sherwood, Forest Fields, Mapperley and West Bridgford, the inter-war semis that ring the city through Wollaton, Bilborough and Carlton, and the newer estates out towards Bulwell, Arnold and Clifton. Different building stock, different pipework, different problems, and the reason we ask about the property before quoting rather than after.
Nottingham is a mixed housing market and it shows in the heating. In one street you can find a 1970s open-vented system with a cylinder in the airing cupboard and gravity-fed hot water; two doors down, a combi squeezed into a kitchen cupboard by whoever was cheapest at the time. Both work until they don't, and both need someone who can read the system rather than guess at it.
Response times to Nottingham are quick during our working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:30pm and Saturday morning 8:30am to 12:00pm. Breakdowns get a same or next-day visit wherever the diary allows, which is realistic for us because we are not driving in from another county to reach you.
The work is domestic only. That means houses, flats, HMOs and rental properties across Nottingham: not factories, plant rooms or commercial catering. Keeping the scope tight is deliberate: it keeps the accreditations relevant and keeps us on the kind of gas and heating work we do every week.
