We use your details to reply to your enquiry, provide a quotation, arrange and carry out work, issue certificates and invoices, and keep records of work completed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising unless you have specifically asked to hear from us.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Records relating to completed work, gas safety documentation and financial records are kept for as long as required by law and for our own insurance and warranty purposes.
